"We are slowed down sound and light waves, a walking bundle of frequencies tuned to the cosmos." -Albert Einstein
Where It All Started
From striving to stillness.
For years, I lived in motion — pushing, striving, straining. My yoga practice was vigorous, physical, intense. I thought that was the work.
Then a car accident forced me to stop.
What had been a vigorous, in-studio practice became something much quieter — a practice of stillness, done at home, with nowhere left to strive toward. And in that stillness, something unexpected happened.
I began undoing. Undoing the stories I had been telling myself. Undoing the beliefs I had been carrying, many of them never even mine to begin with.
In the quiet, I met myself — really met myself — for the first time. I realized I already held what I'd been searching for: the answers to my own questions, the healing for my own dis-ease. Becoming still. Being quiet. Listening. That was the foundation everything else was built on.
From there, I wanted to learn everything I could about different stillness practices. Learn so I could deepen my personal practice, but also learn so I could share that stillness with others.
I have completed trainings in:
-yoga (300hr), restorative yoga, and yoga nidra
-sound and vibrational healing
-tantric meditation (level 1)
-Reiki (levels 1 & 2)
-vedic astrology (on-going)
-ayurveda and vastu
Each one taught me a different doorway into the same room — a way of relaxing the body and quieting the mind.
What I offer now pulls from all of it: a space where you can let go, where you can truly rest, where you can heal — and where you can get to know your true Self.
What Is Sound Healing
Think of it as a “reset button” for your nervous system—where sound replaces noise, and your body is invited to soften, unwind, and simply be. As you rest and listen, these calming frequencies help quiet the mind, ease physical tension, and guide the body out of a stress response and into a parasympathetic state of rest, digest, repair, and restore.
Every session is unique and intuitively guided based on the needs of those in the room. The sessions include different frequencies and vibrations from a variety of instruments including singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, rain sticks etc. to create a unique blend of sound that resonates with different areas of the body to release stuck energy, create relaxation and a deep sense of peace.
The sounds work through a process called entrainment, where the brain naturally begins to synchronize with steady rhythmic frequencies. This can encourage brainwave states associated with deep relaxation—such as alpha (calm awareness) and theta (meditative, dreamlike rest)—which are often difficult to access in everyday life. The vibrations also gently stimulate the vagus nerve, which plays a key role in regulating stress, digestion, and emotional balance. Sound healing can be a great support for anyone struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout or needing support in finding that deep rest and relaxation.
What Is Reiki
Reiki is a gentle spiritually guided energy healing practice that supports and enhances the body's natural ability to restore balance and well-being. During a session, I use light touch and place tuning forks on the body to encourage relaxation and promote the flow of energy throughout the body. Each session is intuitively guided by tapping into your energy and body where you need healing in order to move stuck energy.
Many people experience Reiki as deeply calming and restorative, often leaving a session feeling a greater sense of peace, clarity, and connection. I have personally found it incredibly powerful in helping to find stillness needed for the body, mind, and spirit to come back into harmony and holistic balance.
I often use reiki in my one to one sessions and incorporate it into my sound healing practice for a more comprehensive holistic session to help my clients find that true inner peace and arrive at the deepest state of balance possible.
Vedic Astrology
Vedic Astrology -Jyotisha- is one of the oldest tools for self-understanding that exists — a system that uses the exact positions of the planets at the moment of your birth to create a map of who you are, how you're wired, and what your soul came here to work through. Your birth chart isn't a prediction of what will happen to you. It's a portrait of you — your gifts, your patterns, your wounds, and your deepest potential, all written in a language that can serve as a tool to help bring clarity to things within your life.
In a reading, we'll explore your chart together as a living, breathing document — not something fixed or fatalistic, but something that grows more meaningful the more you know yourSelf. Astrology is particularly powerful for understanding where stuck energy lives, why certain patterns keep repeating, and what parts of yourSelf have been asking for attention that you may not have known how to give. It speaks to the soul in a way that feels both deeply personal and somehow larger than you at the same time.
In my experience, being truly seen and understood is itself a form of healing. In addition to Astrology readings, I weave knowledge and insights into my deeper 1:1 work as a way of giving my clients a richer, more complete picture of who they are — so that the healing we do together has both roots and direction.
Fun Facts About Sound Healing
-
The human body is roughly 60% water — and water conducts vibration 5x more efficiently than air, which is part of why sound is felt as much as it's heard.
-
Sound is used in modern medicine to break up kidney stones and gallstones.
-
The sound a singing bowl makes is the same sound that the rings of Uranus make.
“There will come a time when a diseased condition will not be described as it is today by physicians and psychologists, but it will be spoken of in musical terms, as one would speak of a piano that was out of tune.”
